Radiation, Transport and Waste Safety Programme
Introduction
The programme covers three areas of activity.
The two year programmes are approved by the Board
of Governors, with the current programme covering the period 2006-2007.
Within the Programme there are a number of Sub-Programmes and Projects,
each one containing individual Activities that form the discrete
components of the work. Much of the work is involved with establishing
and encouraging the implementation of Safety Standards and drawing
up international Conventions.
